Import csv file

HI

I managed to build a table based on a csv which is generated from excel. how
ever i would like to import a whole lot of different named csv files (which
contains exactly the same designed table). how would i do.

I am very newbie at this and would appreciate it to be explained in newbie
terms ;P

would you be appending the data to the same table?
if so, would you need to check for duplicates and ignore or update those
records?
