Import Data - Column names in one column in Excel

Is there a way to import data from excel into Access when the column names
are in one column? Everything is in one column. For instance, column A as

Column A
row1: idno
row2: firstname
row3: lastname
row4: address

Does anyone have a solution or process to get this type of data in Access so
that the row names are imported as column names??

Excel has a "Transpose" function that swaps rows for columns. If you did
that first, you could then import the (transposed) data.
