Import data - error message about disk space?

My database is updated daily and one table is very large so when I import my
data to this table, I am now getting an Access error message ' Your computer
is out of disk space. You wont be able to undo this paste append ' . Why
this message and what can I do about it ( is it ram upgrade time ? ) Ive got
20 gigs on the hard drive still open so its not that.

Thanks in advance

How large is your MDB file? Access 2000 and newer have a limit of 2 Gb
(previous versions were 1 Gb)

The mdb file size is 76 megs, how many rows can one add to a table, is there
an upper limit? thanks

No limit in terms of number of rows. The only limit is that the MDB cannot
exceed 2 Gb.
