Import data from ACT 2007

I have created a CSV file, ACT reccomends to import my contacts from ACt into
Outlook 2007. I use the Wizard to import the dats from this created file
only to get an error message "Outlook was unable to retrieve the data from
this file"
Has anybody had this experience and can offer any ideas?

What does your .csv look like before you try importing into Outlook?

Try this - create a couple of complete contacts in outlook and export them
to a .csv. Compare that file to the Act output and massage the Act file
accordingly. Then try the import again.
