You'd have better luck asking this in a newsgroup related to Outlook (or one
related to Palms, although you won't find any such group in the
microsoft.public hierarchy)
This newsgroup is for questions about dealing with external data using
Access, the database product that's part of Office Professional.
The software that came with the Palm, "Palm Desktop", allows you to
sync your workstation with your Palm.
You can export a text file from your Palm Desktop software form
importing into other applications.
