Import data from Quattro Pro to Access

I have huge data in Quattro Pro (that Microsoft Exel cannot hold) which i
wish to work with in Microsoft Access. How can I import the data from Quattro
Pro to Microsoft Access?

Export from QuattroPro into a csv file, then import that csv file into
ACCESS.
