Import data from zip file through Internet

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to import data from zip file through
internet?

Hi,

Download the zip file, run WinZip and then if it is in a format that Excel
understands, import it.

Thank everyone very much for suggestions

I would like to import data directly through Internet from Excel, rather
than download and save zipped file into desktop, unzipped it and import into
Excel.
