Import .dbf into .mdb

Hi all,


My machine is with Win 2000 and tried to import a .dbf
(was created using dBase 5) file into .mdb. it does not
import in Access 2000 and error out the
following "External table is not in the expected format".
Is there any add-ins I have to export to access 2000.

Same access 2000 is in an NT machine is working fine.

Could you please advice on it.
