import email address from quickbooks to outlook

I need to import my contacts from quickbooks to outlook, but all help
features relate to business contact manager . . . is this included or an
additional program that needs to be purchased . . .

What version of Quickbooks do you have? I have QB2002 and Outlook 2003. QB
has a 'Synchronize' tool that will export your customer information to
Outlook. (I put mine into Outlook BCM)Then when you run it again (you can go
in one direction or both) it is supposed to update records which have
changed. Unfortunately with my version when I tried to run it in the
direction from QB to Outlook it just created duplicate records. I am still
working on the integration. It is pretty cool though!
