Import Error on opening an MPX file in MS Project 2007

Hi,

I am experiencing Import Error when opening an MPX file in MS Project 2007
when it contains a Resource Assignment Record i.e. Record number 75

Example:

In the above transcript of the MPX file a task and its resource assignment
should be visible in MS Project.

In MS Project 2007 I get an error popup but not in MS Project 2003.

I suspect there is a change in format of the Resource Assignment record
(Record Number 75) for MS Project 2007.

Can you help me in this regard?
