Import Error when Opening Enterprise Resource Pool

When a PM open the enterprise resource pool from within project pro 2003 to
add resources to a project they get an import error message that says that
the RESERVED_RESUMEDATE and RESERVED_STOPDATE are out of range. I have read
on previous posts that this may be caused by bad dates in the ASSN_START_DATE
column of the MSP_ASSN_ENTERPRISE table. I have looked at this and found
that I have several dates without time stamps - could this be causing my
problem and if so how do I fix it?
