Import Error

I have imported excel spread sheet in the past. As a matter of fact I
specifically importrd some of the same xls files in the past. Now I am
getting an error on the same files, something like, "Cant find the file or
its not in the correct format". I can take an xls file that I know I
imported yesterday ( I use a fresh copy from E-mail) and I get the error. I
can open them in excel, no problem. There are some xls files that I can
import. I am at a lose. Any help would be appreciated.

The exact error is "The Wizard is unable to access information in the file
D;\xxx\xxx\xxx\aaa.xls. Please check that file exists and is in correct
format."
