Import Excel 07 interface data to create a schema

Is it possible to import many to many relationship data from Excel 07 into
Visio 07?
I am trying to create a schema to represent complex interface relationships
between applications.
Example of my data:
App 1 – Direction -- App 2
AA To BB
AA From CC
CC To AA

And yes I do realize that I am better off having this data in Access however
using Excel is a client requirement.

A few observations from the side and I'm not an Excel person in anybodys
imagination.

It sounds like your describing workflow.
You're talking about something external "between applications" which
would be invisible to Excel.

AFAIK Excel doesn't record 'field relationships' internally beyond the
formulas that the user enters. So
the adodb/odbc queries probably aren't going to help for modeling.

Schemas are usually logical views of data and independent of platforms,
so drawing should be straight forward.

This would have to be done through code. You may be able to modify Chris
Roth's example for creating flowcharts from Excel to do this:
