Import Excel db into Business Contact Manager

How do I import an Excel file of 50 records into an existing, empty BCM
database named "test"? When I click File | Import Export | Import from
another program or file | Microsoft Excel | browse to the Excel file | Allow
duplicates, the list of Outlook folders does not include BCM, yet I can see
BCM in the left pane of folders.

What am I missing?

Click on the Contacts rectangle below the folder tree. It's likely you
are in Mail view of the the folder tree.
