Import Excel into Access.

I have a data base that users open and need to import information from an
Excel worksheet. They are not allowed in the design mode of the data base.
When they open the data base, there is no where on the toolbar to be able to
accomplish the importing of the excel worksheet. I want them to be able to do
the importing from the switchboard. Is there a way I can have a command
button on the form that is associated with the table that I want the
information imported into? If so, could you please explain.

I created a macro Named GetExternalData and the Action as RunCommand.
I then put a command buuton on my form to run the macro.
I hope this helps.
