import Excel spreadsheets

I have a client who will need to be able to import spreadsheets into an Access table. He's not very computer knowledgeable so I'd like to automate as much as possible.

The TransferSpreadsheet command requires a file name. Is there a way to automate the import process so that the file name can be obtained from the user at run time?
