Import Excel Workbook

I'll be getting an Excel Workbook from a client each month that is password
protected. Is there a way to import this workbook even though it's password
protected?

You'd need to open the workbook using the password, and save the workbook
without the password. Then import the file. Then open the workbook and apply
the password, and save the workbook again.

I've seen many posters who have posted code examples where the code opens
the workbook with a password, then imports the file while the workbook is
open. But I am not convinced, based on issues noted by people, that that
approach actually works.
