Import Export Data

I've installed MSDE 2000 OK and the service is running correctly when I
connect to the NorthwindCS example.

I would like to try out the Import and Export options mentioned in
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;250616

However, there is no MSDE program group when I Click Start > Programs.

Any ideas why this is, or is there another way to start the Data
Transformation Services Wizard?

As I recall MSDE does not ship with all the required tools that SQL Server
does.
You really need Enterprise Manager and Query Analyzer (and DTS wizards.)
Try licensing a copy of the Developer Edition for $49 (used to be $449) and
use the tools against MSDE.
