Import/Export functions inactive

I am using Outlook 2000 and the import/export functions became inactive after
I ran the "detect and repair" found in the Help menu. I am running XP but
have not installed the SP 2 update. Any suggestions on what to do to get
these functions active again?

I have the same problem. Import/export is inactive, and I think it may have
started after running "detect and repair", but I'm not sure. It started on
Outlook 2002, but I recently upgraded to Outlook 2003, and the problem
persists on this new installation too. I'm also running XP with SP 2. I've
checked the program settings in the control panel, and all the importers are
setup to run from my machine. Can anyone help with this issue?
