Import & Export grayed out

Outlook 2000--Address Book, under File, Import and Export
options are grayed out...

I've searched the internet for hours...how can I fix
this? [I think it has something to do with sharing the
contacts, but I opened the OE address book, and it is set
not to share.]

What's the filename of the Outlook adderss book anyway? I
know WAB is for OE...

Please help me!

The address book interface was never intended for data entry.
Importing is done form Outlook's file menu.
