Import/Export Map error when logging in through Citrix

We are using Citrix hosted MSProject Application.

When accessing the server, this client is getting an import/export map error
message after he enters in his windows authentication information.

He has to click ok several times to try and clear the error, and then he gets
a Project Crash Error Message.

Has anyone else seen this error message? Or has suggestions on how to clear
this error message? I have 2 users currently who cannot access the Server
thru
the Citrix Hosted MSProject application.

Please send me your thoughts on this problem.
