Import/Export MicroStation into Visio 2003

It seems that MicroStation (.dgn) format has been removed from Visio 2003. I
found it very, very useful in previous Visio. I could get a much cleaner
translation to AutoCAD by going direct to MicroStation then outputting to
AutoCAD.
Does anyone have a way of Importing/Exporting MicroStation into/from Visio
2003?

I'm not sure I understand your question. Microstation supports
import/export to DWG format. Visio works with the DWG format.
