Import/Export missing

I have just installed Office 2003 Pro onto a laptop. I went to file in
Outlook to do an import of the PST files. There is no command. I have done
a detect and repair and even so far as to do a complete uninstall and
reinstall. Any suggestions?

There's never any need to import PSTs. Just modify your mail profile to use
the PST containing the old data.

I still need the feature so that I can export and import other items as well.

Take a look at our backup utility - ABF Outlook Backup:
http://www.abf-soft.com/outlook-backup.shtml
You can use it to export/import your Outlook data (not only messages, but
address book, settings, accounts, rules etc.) between your PC and laptop.
Run ABF Outlook Backup on your PC, backup your data, copy backup file (for
ex. "backup.ob") to your laptop, run ABF Outlook Backup on it and restore
your data from the backup file.
