Import/Export not working.

I recently had to install Outlook 2003 on my computer. It was working fine
before and then the computer crashed, boss gave me a new tower and it didn't
have Outlook on there. I installed it and tried to import a file. The
message that came up was "Microsoft Office Outlook cannot start the
Import/Export engine. This feature is not available. To make this feature
available, please run Setup again, select 'Add or Remove Features' and change
the feature to 'Run from My Computer' or Run from CD/Network.'" Click on OK,
and then "The Import and Export command is not available. Run Outlook Setup
again to configure Import and Export correctly."
I was just learning how to do all of this program, and I am not very
technically inclined. I have called Microsoft, Geek Squad, and online help.
Nothing has worked. Could someone please help me?

What file were you trying to import? If it was a PST file, import is not a
really good way to go.
