Import/Export of contacts

Hi,

I am using Outlook 98 and I have exported contacts from a
sub folder on my PC to a pst. file. I want to be able to
import that data directly in to the main contacts of
another users PC. When I use the standard import/export
steps it keeps all the data in the sub folder on the other
users laptop. I understand that I can drag and drop the
data but as I have to do this regularly I am going to end
up importing duplicates.

Any suggestions????
