Import-export option disappears

Hi Folks - I used OL 2007 and went to create a .csv of my contacts for gmail
and the option under files for import-export is gone. Any ideas, online
searches have not resulted in any good leads.

Assuming you once had the capability and now don't, have you run Office
diagnostics to repair your installation?
