I am moving from Outlook Express v6 to Outlook 2003.
I used Outlook Express to export to Outlook 2003. Everything OK apar
from the To: and From: e-mail addresses associated with each e-mail i
now text.
For example, an e-mail shows the From: as Joe Bloggs. In Outloo
Express if I double click on Joe Bloggs I get the full e-mail address
In Outlook 2003 it shows Joe Bloggs as text only, and I don't see th
full address.
In order to get round this, I tried to import to Outlook 2003 fro
Outlook Express. It retains the right formats for the To: and From
addresses i.e. I can click on Joe Bloggs and I see the full e-mai
address.
The only problem is that the Receive Date is not the original date
received the e-mail, but the date and time I ran the Outlook 200
import function.
I need to retain the original e-mail format, and the correct Receiv
Date.
Any advice gratefully received.
