Import/Export Problems Outlook 2003 SP1

When trying to import or export from a file, nothing happens. I'm using
Outlook 2003, with all current updates. From File>Import and Export... I
bring up the Import and Export Wizard. The menu options and behaviors are as
follows:
Export to a file - highlight and click next, nothing happens - no error,
nothing
Import to a VCARD file [...] - Works fine
Import an iCalendar [...] - Works fine
Import from another program or file - same as export
Import Internet Mail [settings and addresses] - both work fine

With no error message, I don't know what's wrong. It just doesn't navigate
to the next screen. Please help
