Import/export Visio calendar to Outlook

I'm currently using Visio 2003 and Outlook 2007. Is there a way to import a
Visio calendar to Outlook?

Secondly, I've attempted to use the "import outlook data wizard" to import
an outlook calender to visio but can not locate the option in Visio or
Outlook. I'm I losing it???

I only have V2007 available, so I don't know if this applies to V2003. If
you started a Visio drawing by selecting calendar as drawing type, then, on
the menu bar > Calendar > Import Outlook Data Wizard.

The wizard should do the rest.

I don't believe you can go from Visio into Outlook, just the other way
around, Outlook into Visio.

I starting a new calendar several times. On the Calendar menu, I only see
Configure. Am I looking in the wrong place?

First, I verified that V2003 & V2007 work the same for Calendar.

So, you launch Visio, under drawing type select Project Schedule, and click
either metric or English Calendar. That brings up the calendar stencils and
a blank drawing screen. Then, navigate to the top menu bar and click the
Calendar button. A small pop-up window should give you the option to either
Configure or Import Outlook Data Wizard. Are you saying that only Configure
shows here?

Can you try this on a different computer? Sounds like Visio might need
re-loading.

You are correct. I only saw Configure in the small pop up window from the
Calender menu. After reloading it appears and works just fine. Thanks

I am having the same issue. Outllok 2007 and visio 2003. The import outlook
data wizard is not availble, just the configure. I have uninstalled visio
2003 and reinstalled it, and still have the same issue. Made sure Visio and
Office 2007 were full patched as of 9/24/2009. Same issue. Setup a new
machine with Office 2007, then installed Visio 2003, and get the same
results. Upgrade to Vision 2007 is not an option for this user, because of
budget constraints. Is there a setting or something missing in outlook or
visio that we are not seeing?
