Import export

Good day all. We are using MS outlook 2000. We have a home computer and a
laptop I use for work. Almost every day I do an export import to download the
day’s emails I need to make sure the each computer has the same info.

My problem is I am getting numerous duplicates (as many as 10 or 20
duplicates from one email) to the point it is affecting the file. What I need
to know is how do I keep OL from duplicating the same email?

Thanks

Francine

Importing/Exporting native OL data is not reccommended.
You copy the data file, with OL *closed*
And open the data file (locate it on the HD) within OL
Or use one of the several sync methods shown on www.slipstick.com

Duplicates where? When do they occur?
