What are you trying to achieve? If you are wanting to move Outlook data from
one machine to another then do NOT use import/export, as posted here many
many times. Just copy the pst file. If that is NOT what you are trying to
do, then re-post with some more details.
Thank you. I would like to have it on a flash drive to carry with me. I
will copy the file. All the help in Outlooks says to go to File and
import/export - and I did not have that available. Guess that is why.

Be very careful in connecting Outlook with a pst file on a flash drive.
Normally it should be OK, but I would make numerous backups to avoid any
corruption...
Why do you think you need to use Export/Import to move Outlook files?
