I have been trying to import my calendar to Outlook 2003 from Time & Chaos (tried csv, txt, Access conversion, everything). When I get to the final dialog after mapping fields, the "Next" button is always greyed out (cannot proceed). After hitting "Cancel", which is the only option left, it goes back to the previous dialog. I can then hit "Import", it then shows a progress bar, then ends as if the file has been imported, except that there is nothing on the Outlook calendar. Any ideas? (I *was* able to import my contacts using a txt file generated by Time & Chaos).
