Import fields From Outlook message area to Access

I have created a contacts database. The problem is that a lot of the contact
information is coming from our internet website. They fill out their name,
address, phone etc on the web form and then submit it. Well, the submit
button sends the info to an outlook email box delimited as such:

[|Firstname|] : Mary
[|Lastname|] : Jones

[|comment|] : I would like a copy of your latest newletter sent to me.

How can I get the above information from my outlook message area into my
contacts database? Is there a script that would import them to the
corresponding fields in my Access table??
