Import file into Outlook with user defined fields

I want to create user defined fields. I think that I have
done this and I have created a custom form to use these
fields. I am trying to import a file that has these
custom fields however when I go to map the file to the
correct fields outlook only displays the default fields to
map. Can this be done? If so how?

Outlook doesn't support importing to a custom form. You'd have to write
custom code or use a third-party application. See

You can't import user-defined fields using the standard import wizard.
You'll need a 3rd party product (like ContactGenie Importer 1.2 if you only
want to add new contacts or the upcoming ContactGenie DataPorter 2.0 if you
want to <update> pre-existing contacts using user-defined "key" criteria).
