Import Form Data from Word

We are using InfoPath in an editorial setting - and InfoPath is not really a
text friendly tool. Our editors need to be able to make text changes and
track each other's changes. Since they can't do this in InfoPath, they use
MS Word.

I would like to be able to import their final edits into an InfoPath form.
I have the form created with the required fields. I'm looking for a way to
import the MS Word data into the InfoPath form fields.

I'm not looking to create a form from Word but the data for the form. Can
anyone assist?

Thanks for the note. This is *not* what I'm trying to accomplish. I already
have a form template. What I am hoping to be able to do is allow people who
don't have InfoPath to fill in data in Word that can then be pulled into my
existing form template.
