Import form fonesync

I have a couple hundred contacts on my Nokia phone that I'd like to transfer to Outlook so I can add them to my PDA. Does anyone know if there is a way to import contacts from the fonesync software Nokia uses? As best I can tell Outlook does not support the file format.
