Import from Access to Outlook Calendar

I have an access database with details of members of an association.
Is it possible send an email to all the members to update their
Outlook calendar with information about meetings. If so how would I go
about it.
Any help is appreciated.

If your versions of Word and Outlook are the same, you can do a mail merge
to your Outlook contacts, using the Access database as the data source. See

Hi Jocelyn.

Thanks for that but it does not address my requirement. I am trying to
send a meeting request to the outlook calendar of my contacts in the
access database.
