Import from Eudora

I'm looking for a complete way to import my Eudora email into Outlook 2003 -
this should include the attachments as well as the real dates the message
were sent or received. Contacts are optional. Can anybody recommend any
free or commercial applications that do a complete job? I need a one-time
conversion to get me to Outlook but can't afford to mangle any of my old
email, some of which goes back several years and contains critical
attachments. I've seen a bunch of suggestions, but most lose the attachments.
