Import from Excel 2003 file abnomalies

I have 4 excel files that I need to import into Project 2007. All files are
formatted the same way. 3 of the files import fine. The 4th file does not.
Instead when I get to the Task Mapping page of the import only the first
Column header shows and the others say OUT OF CONTEXT

Example:
From Excel To Microsoft
Name Name
OUT OF CONTEXT: Outline Level Outline Level
OUT OF CONTEXT: Priority Priority
etc

When I click on the OUT OF CONTEXT fields to select the proper header all it
shows me is numbers (ie 2,3,4,5...). There are no header names.
In the Preview window, only the first columns shows up.

I tried regenerating the Excel file and I get the same thing for this
particular file.
Any thoughts?

I looked through the differences in my files and found there there were
quotation marks in the one that would not import. When I removed them the
import worked. Now the quesiton is, in the past I had imported tasks with
quotation marks. Has there been a Project 2007 update that may have caused
this?

Any help would be appreciated.
