Import from excel to outlook

I'm trying to import an excel file of names and email address to my contacts
to create a distribution list. I'm getting the error "cannot start the
required translator" and it asks if I want to install it. When I say yes, it
says it needs to have the disk in. I put in the disk and it still won't
install. Anyone have any help?

what disk do you put in, and when you put it in exactly what happens?

What version of Outlook? Do you get any other errors?
