Import from Express to Outlook on a network

I have a lot of emails and addresses I have saved in
Outlook Express 6 on my PC. I now have a laptop with
Outlook 2000 and I want to transfer all of my saved emails
& addesses from my PC to my laptop.

I have a home network but I cannot work out how to do the
transfer/import.

Any suggestions please

First copy your Outlook Express data into OE on the laptop (see
http://insideOE.tomsterdam.com if you need help with this part) and then
export your data from OE on the laptop to Outlook on the laptop.
