import from form to excel

hi all,

i have a form containing a uery in "detail" section. i also include 2 sub
form in footer section.what i want now is to export the form exactly the same
as seen in form, but it cant. the thing is that it gathers all 3 queries into
1 table inside excel file.

question is how to make the excel file exacly the same as my form?

You'll need to export the desired query -- the one that is being shown. That
means you'll probably need to use VBA code to create a special query, based
on what's shown on the form (which records are "actively" shown on the form
at that time), save that query, export it to EXCEL, and then delete that
special query.
