If you are in Tiger, go to the preferences and enable SyncService
synching.
ENtourage will get everything from the address book and it will create
an Entourage calendar in iCal.
You can copy or move everything you want to sync in this new calendar.
All-day events have a nasty tendency to duplicate, so if I were you and
if you don;t need this anymore after you've imported everything you
needed, you shoudl probably turn SyncServices off (at least for the
calendar).
