Import from InfoPath Form from SharePoint Site

I am able to successfully import data to Access from submissions to our
SharePoint Site. My problem is the form has 3 areas that allow the user to
add a repeating section. When the data is imported into Access only the 1st
section populates the table. How do I get multiple repeating sections to
populate?

The other issue is I want to be able to update the table. When more forms
have been submitted to the SharePoint site and I import them into the
original database, it creates a new table. I want to refresh the original
table with the new submissions.

Any help would be appreciated!!
