import from Quark

I am trying to import parts information from QUARK Xpress into Excel bu
I'm not sure what delimiters I'm allowed to use to to seperate th
numbers from the descriptions... or really, even how to go about this.
Could someone with experience please help me?

Is the data in a table format in QuarkXPress?

If so, I think Quark uses tab delimiters in its tables. A word o
warning ... I haven't used Quark in a very long time (V4.0) and
wasn't exactly an expert at that time.

Have you tried a simple copy/paste? This works from Word tables t
Excel.
