When I download a file it only prints the name and payroll number once on the
left side. To the right it post the data I need. To sort it I need the name
and payroll number printed next to each piece of data on the right. There
has to be an easier way then cutting and pasting the name and payroll number
down the left side until I reach the next name and then repeating. Dragging
the date and name is just as labor intensive. The files I am using are too
large to do this in the example below I wan the name CAPT KIRK & JOHN SMITH
to fill in automatically beneath their name
Example:
08-03 W R CHANCE WP AWOL 0800-0900
08-03 CAPT KIRK WP AWOL 0800-0900
WP AWOL 0800-0900
08-04 JOHN WAYNE WP AWOL 1400-1500
08-04 CAPT KIRK WP AWOL 1500-1600
