import ical event from Mac OS X

When I try to import an ical event from a Mac OS X system, I get an error
reporting "Cannot import vcalendar file".

Reading the message board, I made sure this was a single day event, and that
the reminders were turned of.

I am using Outlook 2003 SP1 and the sender is Mac OS X using iCal (1.5.5v670)

Any thoughts?

Save one from Outlook and look at both in NotePad to see if you can figure
out what fields are missing or extra in the Mac iCal file.
