import in excel after securing database

I have an Acces database which is secured by the wizard.
There are several users and I am the owner of the
database. Before I secured the database, I made a lot of
pivot tables from queries (made in the acces database)in
excel that are automatically refreshed when opening the
excel document. Now the database is secured I can not
open the excel documents anymore. The message I get is
something like: Can not read the records, I have no
rights to read the "name of query". And also the message
that the document cannot be refreshed.

I hope anyone can help, I can not do without the excel
reports.

Thanks
Nathalie

Just found a solution. Someone has made an ODBV
connection for me. And I can make a pivot table form in
Acces and export it to excel.
