import incredimail addresses and files

i used incredimail for years and saved files and contacts on that system. i
am switching to outlook and don't know how to import those files and settings
into outlook. does anyone have any ideas how this can be done? i'm
desperate!

try this: I don't know whether it does address book. Can you export your
address book as a CSV file?
