Import Information Automatically from Another Excel File?

Is there a way I can import data automatically from another Excel file
interchangeably? In other words, if a cell in Spreadsheet A changes,
its corresponding cell in Spreadsheet B would also change?

Hi,

There are several different methods, and how each behaves is slightly
different.

One way:

Copy the range of cells from one workbook, switch to another. Use Edit >
Paste Special and click Paste Link.

The two workbooks are now linked.

When you open the linked workbook and want to refresh the data, on the Edit
menu choose Links, then click the Update button.
